About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at FFC Franchise Group Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, quality products, and maintaining the integrity of our processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a friendly and courteous environment for customers, associates, and managers.
- Assist in the growth and development of Shift Managers and Associates, resulting in enhanced responsibilities and promotion potential.
- Ensure the restaurant adheres to corporate, health department, and guest service standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and associates.
- Communicate effectively with management staff, vendors, and company administrative staff to address issues and changes.
- Provide accurate and detailed financial records, including cash management, food cost, labor management, budgets, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with fellow managers and associates to achieve store and company goals.
- Follow and execute training programs and processes to ensure consistency in products and quality.
- Arrive at work daily in uniform and prepared to exceed customer expectations.
- Act as a leader and role model to store associates and management team.
What We Offer
Up to $38,000 per year plus bonus, benefits including health and dental, paid vacation, 401K with company match, and flexible schedules.
