Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our finance team, contributing to our ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing responsibility and seeking career-defining opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Month-End closing process to guarantee precise and timely financial reporting.
- Reconcile employee benefit accounts and other accruals.
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations, interpreting financial data.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
- Prepare Financial Statements for North American entities, ensuring compliance with relevant Accounting Standards.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Sales Use Tax data for monthly filings.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and supply chain, to provide financial insights.
- Participate in Purchase to Pay workstreams as needed.
- Engage in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of ERP and Reporting systems; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Strong grasp of financial metrics and analysis.
- Excellent work ethic, resilience under pressure, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
