Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas, adhering to established standards of cleanliness and propriety.
  • Retrieves items from shelves and storerooms, sets up cleaning cart with supplies, and maintains carts and storerooms in a clean and orderly fashion.
  • Cleans windows, doors, walls, closets, and fixtures in rooms, public areas, and hallways, using ladders or stools when necessary.
  • Washes shower walls and tubs, cleans toilets and stall walls if applicable, wipes exposed pipes, and cleans mirrors, sinks, and walls in restrooms.
  • Replaces towels, soaps, and room amenities and restocks literature that has been removed or is soiled.
  • Vacuums rooms, public areas, and hallways, operating vacuums weighing up to 25lbs.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards preferred.
  • Must possess basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment.
