Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager at Auto-Fit, Inc. plays a critical role in developing and administering company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices. This position is responsible for promoting positive employee relations, coordinating recruiting and retention strategies, and analyzing data to make recommendations on various human resources issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and administers company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Promotes positive employee relations through design, communication, and interpretation of human resources policies and programs.
  • Coordinates recruiting and retention strategies and succession planning process.
  • Coordinates exit interview process and communication of findings to management.
  • Analyzes data prepares reports and makes recommendations on a variety of human resources issues.
  • Coodinates training programs, personal and career development, performance appraisal process, compensation systems, and diversity and benefit programs.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent.
  • Five to eight years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of HR laws and competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
  • Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute action plans.
