- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Familiarize yourself with the Agency's organizational structure and communication channels.
- Adhere to Employee Policies and Procedures, including timely submission of timesheets.
- Contribute positively as a member of the care team and seek guidance when needed.
- Engage in ongoing educational opportunities as requested by the Agency.
- Understand that clients are the Agency's responsibility and refrain from providing services outside of the Agency's direction.
- Utilize your skills to suggest improvements in operations and patient care.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned, in line with your qualifications.
- Inform the Agency of any allergies or special needs.
