  • Report any changes in the client's condition to your supervisor.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations, ensuring accurate documentation and protecting client confidentiality.
  • Implement proper body mechanics and infection control measures to safeguard both yourself and the clients.
  • Understand and respect the Agency's Patients' Bill of Rights and Responsibilities.
  • Communicate your availability for work assignments and honor your commitments.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Agency's organizational structure and communication channels.
  • Adhere to Employee Policies and Procedures, including timely submission of timesheets.
  • Contribute positively as a member of the care team and seek guidance when needed.
  • Engage in ongoing educational opportunities as requested by the Agency.
  • Understand that clients are the Agency's responsibility and refrain from providing services outside of the Agency's direction.
  • Utilize your skills to suggest improvements in operations and patient care.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned, in line with your qualifications.
  • Inform the Agency of any allergies or special needs.
