Position Overview:
The Fleet Safety Manager plays a crucial role in establishing and managing robust safety initiatives for our fleet. This position demands a proactive leader with a comprehensive grasp of transportation safety laws and regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in safety management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in managing fleet safety, ideally within the Food sector.
- In-depth knowledge of safety compliance and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement fleet safety programs that reflect industry best practices.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to safety regulations.
