As a part-time Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Brown University, you will be working closely with the School of Engineering to develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. This role is responsible for coordinating high-level activities for the Dean's office, serving as a liaison between faculty, students, staff, and external constituents, and managing various administrative tasks.

Under the leadership of Dean Tejal Desai, we are seeking an individual who can provide exceptional coordination, project management, and communication skills to support our diversity and inclusion efforts.

This is a 25.5 hour per week position that is benefits eligible. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in executive-level project management or administration. Prior experience in corporate or industry settings is preferred, as well as knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement principles.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
