Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our office employees at Platinum Accounting LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative assistance, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to office employees, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar, ensuring timely and efficient use of office resources
  • Organize meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute relevant information to stakeholders
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree or administrative training preferred
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
