Patient Care Coordinator

DaVita Inc. is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Quincy, Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality care in an outpatient dialysis center, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans, and conducting regular patient observations and measurements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a passion for delivering compassionate and individualized care. Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is a plus, but not required. Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is also highly valued.
