About the Position:
As a Supply Chain Data Analyst at GAINSystems, you will be an integral member of our client consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the technical configuration of the GAINS software during the implementation phase and for subsequent product feature updates.

2. Provide consultation and lead engagements with current client installations to foster ongoing enhancements in the utilization of the GAINS software.

3. Manage 1 to 2 concurrent new client implementations alongside several internal initiatives aimed at developing and deploying new features.

The projects you will undertake are extensive, typically spanning from 3 to 9 months for full implementation. You will collaborate directly with operational staff and senior management at client organizations.
To effectively support our clients' success, occasional travel will be necessary, generally involving one trip per month for client engagement and implementation assistance.

Job Duties:

- Collaborate closely with joint client-consultant teams to establish new business process frameworks (including business and functional requirements, application/system configuration, front-end workflow enhancement, and reporting derived from the system).

- Work in partnership with client IT teams to determine data integration needs.
- Ensure successful software implementations by managing project tasks such as coordinating support resources, overseeing change management, and resolving issues.

- Engage in the design of product development specifications alongside internal UX designers and technical team members to enhance GAINS functionality for tailored client applications.

- Guide key personnel at client organizations on new supply chain strategies and provide training on GAINS software.

Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Statistics, Operations Research, and/or Econometrics is preferred.
- Direct experience with large, complex datasets (e.g., Excel, R) is required.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix-management environment and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic business environment that fosters innovation and client success.
- Willingness to learn and teach the software is crucial.
- Ability to manage time effectively and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree is required (B.S. preferred).
