Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, employees, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage the front desk
Maintain accurate records, logs, and files, including sign-in/out logs, front desk expenditures, and calls received
Manage the front office reception area, including cleaning and organizing the desk and visitor lobby
Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College degree preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work individually or in a team environment
Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 55 pounds
