Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Lead Corporate Accountant to join our esteemed client. This role will report directly to the Corporate Controller and will be instrumental in facilitating the month-end close process, consolidation, financial reporting, and the year-end audit. The Lead Corporate Accountant will also be crucial in the integration process related to acquisition accounting.

The responsibilities of the Lead Corporate Accountant include:

  • Assisting in the monthly and annual closing procedures, which encompass journal entries, account reconciliations, and account analyses.
  • Addressing Technical Accounting matters, including Goodwill and Debt management.
  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Overseeing the completion of the annual audit.

To be considered for the Lead Corporate Accountant position, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA designation is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Expertise in Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting.
  • Experience with SEC Reporting, specifically 10K and 10Q filings.
  • Background in Public Accounting is advantageous.
Compensation: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually
