About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Produce Department Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of associates in the produce department, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are accurately stocked and rotated to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Store Operations: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations, including receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months experience working in a fresh production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
- Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older.
