Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure seamless operation of computer networks, servers, and workstations by providing expert technical support.
  2. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues for clients through various channels, including phone, in-person, and electronic communication.
  3. Maintain and improve hardware and software systems to optimize performance and efficiency.
  4. Monitor and track customer issues to ensure prompt resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of experience in IT (Networking/Server and Workstation) and customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
