Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation and Guidance: Conduct in-depth consultations with patients and caregivers to understand their medical needs and provide personalized recommendations for our cannabis products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, including effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration, to provide accurate and helpful information to patients.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Team Management: Mentor, motivate, and elevate our store staff through training and development, promoting a positive and compliant work environment.

Requirements
  • Virginia Pharmacy License: Must hold an active Virginia Pharmacy license and be a registered medical professional with the Board of Pharmacy.
  • Background Check: Must be willing to submit and pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Demonstrate a strong compliance and regulation attitude, with a focus on maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Be proficient in MS Office and able to navigate multiple software platforms with ease.
  • Cannabis Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of cannabis and its applications.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
