Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough internal reviews and audits of client records to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
  • Perform timely utilization reviews of client documentation, providing recommendations to management and monitoring implementation.
  • Facilitate the incident reporting and review process, ensuring effective training and follow-up procedures are in place.
  • Support risk management strategies for clients at high risk for adverse outcomes, collaborating with program managers on quality care initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement projects to enhance program performance and client outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with client privacy regulations and confidentiality standards.
  • Review and approve documentation for stakeholders regarding client progress in treatment.
  • Design and deliver training programs on policies, procedures, and standards of care for staff.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development and inclusive practices.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of LMSW or LMHC with a minimum of one year of experience in quality improvement and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to provide constructive feedback while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
