The Center for Alternative is on the lookout for a committed and skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our team. The selected individual will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of service and adherence to various regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough internal reviews and audits of client records to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
- Perform timely utilization reviews of client documentation, providing recommendations to management and monitoring implementation.
- Facilitate the incident reporting and review process, ensuring effective training and follow-up procedures are in place.
- Support risk management strategies for clients at high risk for adverse outcomes, collaborating with program managers on quality care initiatives.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement projects to enhance program performance and client outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with client privacy regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Review and approve documentation for stakeholders regarding client progress in treatment.
- Design and deliver training programs on policies, procedures, and standards of care for staff.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development and inclusive practices.
Qualifications:
- Possession of LMSW or LMHC with a minimum of one year of experience in quality improvement and compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to provide constructive feedback while maintaining confidentiality.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
