Job Title: Quality Control Chef

Green Top Farms is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our high-volume food service and delivery business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain food safety protocols throughout the kitchen, providing training and guidance to staff as needed.
  • Validate and follow recipes and instructions from the Executive Chef, maintaining high sanitary, quality, and organizational standards.
  • Prepare and cook food in a timely manner for all deliveries, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.
  • Assist in preparing and serving Family Meal, ensuring that every meal is a success.
  • Set up and break down stations with necessary supplies, ensuring that every station is ready for operation the next day.
  • Comply with all company policies, rules, and regulations regarding safety, personal hygiene, operational methods, and food safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in a high-volume, commissary setting.
  • Ability to carry over 50 pounds and remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Able to adhere to food safety, quality control, and organizational standards.
  • Organized in task management, time management, and space management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
