Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Care Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers, engaging with them mainly through phone and email communications. The ideal candidate will possess previous customer service experience, maintain a positive attitude, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative for Ruggable, providing exceptional customer service primarily via phone and secondarily through email.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly, including but not limited to returns, cancellations, exchanges, tracking updates, and product suggestions.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of our products and features.
- Collaborate with management to escalate issues and propose solutions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle incoming phone calls effectively.
- Proficient in managing inbound emails.
- Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and capable of multitasking while remaining detail-oriented.
Preferred:
- Experience in e-commerce environments.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk and Shopify.
