We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service while maintaining a friendly, courteous, and efficient atmosphere. We are currently seeking an experienced Call Center / Patient Access Specialist to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accurately collect and input demographic information into our database/system.
  • Schedule appointments and provide callers with comprehensive instructions regarding what to bring and what to expect during their visit.
  • Guide patients on utilizing the intake system for New Patient forms prior to their appointment.
  • Inform callers about our cancellation and no-show policies.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide additional information as needed to ensure a patient-centered experience and a positive representation of our organization.
  • Recognize when to escalate calls to Physicians, Supervisors, Managers, or Medical Assistants.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or experience in a healthcare setting.
  • High School diploma or GED required; an Associate's Degree or relevant healthcare certification is preferred.
  • Dependable and trustworthy, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
