Candidate Profile:

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are eager to join our team and grow into pivotal roles within our organization. It is essential for candidates to be mission-oriented and capable of executing their responsibilities effectively. As a bridge between brands and influencers, attention to detail and accountability are paramount. In this fast-paced industry, adaptability and a willingness to learn are also critical.

Essential Qualifications: (Candidates must meet either the first or second requirement)

  1. Educational Background: A major or minor in Public Relations, Social Media Management, Film & Art, or Marketing (preferably from a School of Communication).
  2. Relevant Experience: Prior experience (including internships) in Influencer Collaboration, Social Media Management, Content Production, E-commerce Operations, Public Relations, or Branding.
  3. Language Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
  4. Demonstrated enthusiasm for thriving in a startup environment, contributing actively to a collaborative and dynamic workspace. We value team players who are eager to learn, versatile in their roles, and committed to the overall success of the agency.

Additional Skills:

Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant software is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Influencer Relations Coordinator at our agency, you will play a crucial role as a future key member of our team. This position requires meticulous attention to detail in all campaign activities and a high level of managerial oversight.

You will report directly to the CEO and manage all facets of influencer campaigns.

The ideal candidate must excel in communication, adeptly manage diverse relationships, and effectively resolve conflicts while balancing expectations across various stakeholders. Your commitment to fostering long-term partnerships, sensitivity to the needs and objectives of both influencers and clients, and a proactive problem-solving approach are vital. Additionally, qualities such as patience, helpfulness, integrity, and a readiness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this role.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Influencer Campaign Communication:

  • Engage with influencers, conduct campaign briefings, ensure clarity in all communications, and consistently meet timelines and client expectations.
  • Exhibit a vibrant, outgoing yet professional demeanor that fosters enduring partnerships with influencers.

Client Communication:

  • Thoroughly understand both the client's and the influencer's goals and expectations, acting as a mediator between both parties.
  • Possess the ability to communicate challenging news effectively and manage daily client interactions based on a comprehensive understanding of campaign objectives and key metrics.

Influencer Management:

  • Oversee signed influencers by coordinating daily posting schedules and confirming campaign details.
  • Stay informed about social media strategies, trending topics, and industry developments.
  • Manage Excel spreadsheets and data daily, ensuring all information is accurately maintained and updated.

Contract Negotiations:

  • Negotiate rates with influencers and facilitate influencer agreements in mutually beneficial ways.

Campaign Materials and Decks:

  • Utilize Canva to design company presentations and develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and client goals.

Social Media Operations:

  • Manage the agency's social media platforms, conduct postings, and stay updated with the latest news in the social media and influencer landscape, including emerging platforms or brands.

Onsite Support:

  • Provide onsite assistance for events and productions. Prepare contingency plans, anticipate unforeseen circumstances, and resolve issues as they arise.

Working Environment: Hybrid, combining online and onsite work.
