Job Summary:

Traffic Planning and Design, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction inspection team, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed in accordance with plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Supervise inspection teams and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Approve on-site observations of construction progress, equipment, manpower, and materials.
  • Measure and record quantities for payment.
  • Prepare as-built drawings.
  • Serve as on-site project representative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (not required).
  • At least one or more of the following certifications are preferred: NECEPT or PennDOT concrete.
  • NICET Certification: II-IV is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver's License.
