About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support public and private projects in our Structures Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction and be able to plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Direct and manage project teams to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project issues and concerns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or relevant field from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Five years of experience in heavy civil construction relevant to this region
  • Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to fit test and utilize appropriate PPE as needed
  • Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
  • Certified PE
  • OSHA and/or other applicable safety certifications and training
