Structural Steel Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Structural Steel Erector to join our team at Contrast Metal Works LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling and erecting steel structures, ensuring quality and safety on-site.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate construction.
• Assemble and erect steel frames, columns, and beams using cranes and other lifting equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct visual inspections on equipment as needed to maintain a safe working environment.

• Proven experience as a Structural Steel Erector or similar role, with a strong understanding of construction methods and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with tools and machinery used in steel erection, with a strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
• Valid driver's license and certification in rigging and safety is a plus.
• Ability to pass an employment drug screening.
