- Request Assistance: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible reservation changes, providing solutions and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Certificate Redemption: Redeem certificates and assist in booking returning customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Professionalism and Time Management: Maintain the highest level of professionalism while managing sensitive issues, and manage time effectively, recording and inputting data accurately according to company standards.
- Trend Identification: Identify trends and communicate them to the lead agent, ensuring that customer feedback and concerns are addressed and resolved.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
- Education and Experience: One year certificate from college or technical school plus two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills and Knowledge: Stellar customer service and/or social media skills, solid computer skills, knowledge of company systems, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
