We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Thriveworks in Short Pump, Virginia. As a Licensed Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid license in Virginia (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PhD/PsyD)
  • Must be living in the state in which they will be practicing
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of at least 25 sessions per week
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure excellent client care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
