Ascend Medical Staffing Seeks Experienced Psychiatrist

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at the VA Medical Center in North Carolina.

About the Role
  • An active and unrestricted medical license is required for this position.
  • Ongoing placement with a 6-month commitment to ensure stability and continuity of care.
  • The ideal candidate will start as soon as credentialed, with a goal of beginning ASAP.
Work Schedule

A standard Monday through Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm, with no call or weekend shifts, allows for a healthy work-life balance.

Credentialing Process

The credentialing process typically takes approximately 30-45 days, during which time the candidate will be guided through the necessary steps.

Compensation

This competitive opportunity offers a hourly rate of $165 per hour, along with malpractice insurance, providing financial security and peace of mind.
