Salary and Benefits

This position offers a highly competitive salary range of $200,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Job Description

This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to female veterans of all ages. As a Primary Care Women's Health Physician, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing comprehensive women's health and primary care services, including preventive care, chronic condition management, and acute medical conditions
  2. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and support
  3. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in women's health
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution
  • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia
  • Board certification in Primary Care/Family Medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, lifting, and turning
  • Occasional travel to attend meetings and conferences
