Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service BDC Consultant will utilize their communication skills, selling abilities, and computer proficiency to engage clients effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while adhering to established scripts.
  • Scheduling sales appointments and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Logging customer interactions and feedback accurately.
  • Coordinating with the Sales and Service Departments to confirm appointments and track outcomes.
  • Updating customer information in our database and generating follow-up communications.
  • Responding to online inquiries and engaging with internet customers via email and phone.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly performance goals.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in telemarketing or customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer literacy.
