About the Role

The Senior Patient Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the vision and mission of our organization. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be the first point of contact for our patients, setting the tone for a positive experience. You will exhibit empathy, courtesy, competence, efficiency, and care in all interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and procedures, following standard guidelines
  • Use multiple computer and phone systems to fulfill patient needs over the phone
  • Verify patient information and document it in their Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
  • Advise patients of their responsibilities regarding insurance and referral information

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting, EMR experience, knowledge/understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding, excellent communication skills, and phone etiquette

**Estimated Salary:** $38,080 per year (based on hourly range of $19.47 to $38.08 per hour)
