**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team in an internal travel position. This role offers the opportunity to work in various locations within Northern Light Health, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care to assigned patients on a nursing unit. Your duties will include planning and evaluating patient care, exercising independent judgment in implementing care plans, and supervising other qualified staff members. You will also demonstrate system values, actively support patient-centered care, and handle difficult situations with professional composure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with previous experience in Labor and Delivery (L&D) and/or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and computer systems

Benefits:

Northern Light Health offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
