Additionally, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote self-care and independence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience required.
- Current RN licensure in Maine required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary.

Salary Information:

This position comes with an estimated salary range of $64,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
