Job Overview
Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a medical professional to work in the Neonatal Intensive Care unit. This 13-week assignment offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience and make a positive impact.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in the NICU field. Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and communication skills are essential for this role. The successful applicant will be able to remain calm under pressure, work effectively with a team, and provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide and coordinate patient care with other team members
• Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
• Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures

Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary, with an estimated range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include:
