We are seeking a dynamic and driven Branch Operations Supervisor to collaborate with management in shaping, assessing, and refining the strategic direction of our operations to enhance profitability, sales, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner with the Regional Manager to provide oversight on daily operations and contribute to the formulation of the annual business strategy.

2. Oversee the Inside Sales team and manage the customer pricing framework to optimize Gross Margin and boost sales.

3. Ensure the operations team executes accurate, timely, and efficient shipping, receiving, and processing of materials.

4. Work closely with management to maintain a well-organized inventory and effectively plan the storage layout.

5. Directly supervise Inside Sales personnel and Shop Foreman, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, as well as managing weekly payroll.

6. Propose enhancements and engage in continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean practices, quality, and safety.

7. Uphold all safety protocols, company policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they are well-documented.

8. Develop a thorough succession plan for operations staff.


Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in business management with a strong ability to make informed decisions and resolve issues effectively.

• Proficient in computer systems and business software; familiarity with P21 is advantageous.

• Excellent verbal, written, mathematical, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Minimum of three (3) years of P&L management experience.

• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in an industrial distribution setting.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams for a minimum of three (3) years.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Over five (5) years of experience in Lean leadership within a distribution or manufacturing environment.


Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel is expected.


Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
