We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Management Coordinator to join our team at FirstService Residential. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of duties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date homeowner information, resolving issues promptly and enhancing resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and distribute welcome packages, community email updates, and other materials that showcase our community's unique features and services.
  • Manage inventory of common area keys, amenity access cards, and other sensitive materials, reordering as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding resident expectations.
  • Participate in community events, maintaining a positive attitude and promoting a sense of community among residents.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience and strong commitment to customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
