Electrical Systems Specialist

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of technical workforce solutions. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of electrical systems for airborne applications. This includes technical oversight of hardware developments at third-party suppliers, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in electrical engineering, preferably with experience in analyzing and troubleshooting hardware issues, root cause analysis, design updates, testing and validation, qualification testing, and factory support.
A key aspect of this role is effective communication with a diverse audience, including the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
This position requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
