Licensed Therapist Coordinator (LMSW or LPC)

A Licensed Therapist Coordinator is needed in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monday-Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
  • Homebased position
  • Coordinate staff activities and clinical cases
  • Lead team meetings
  • Consult and communicate with agencies regarding program issues
  • Psychological evaluation, intake assessments, admissions, treatment, and after-care plans with mental health programs and community agencies
  • Perform professional therapeutic crisis intervention, psychosocial assessments, disposition services, wraparound services; assists in placement services for Child and Family Services

Requirements:

  • Compassionate Care toward the patients
  • LMSW or LPC license in the state of Michigan
