{"JOB SUMMARY": "Our team is seeking a skilled Title Examiner to join our Security Title Insurance Agency, LLC. As a key member of our title department, you will be responsible for examining title files, reviewing compiled information, and utilizing codes to identify disclosed items on preliminary reports.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate title plant operations with the title department, customer service, sales, and outside services as needed.
* Maintain records of information gathered related to properties.
* Report research findings to appropriate personnel.
* Perform other duties delegated by management.
* Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

* Five to seven years of experience in the land title industry is required.
* A high school diploma is required, with some college preferred.

* No certifications, licenses, or insurance are required.

Licensing:

* License - Missouri Department of Insurance or the ability to meet - Missouri Department of Insurance Producer license or ability to meet the requirements for Missouri Department of Insurance licensing is required. Subject to statutory continuing education requirements.
