Mustang Public Schools is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill a substitute role. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional healthcare services to students and staff while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
• Provide healthcare services to students and staff, including administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and advising on health-related matters
• Develop and implement health education programs that meet state standards and promote healthy lifestyles
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records, as required by law and district policies
• Participate in professional growth activities to stay updated on best practices and industry developments
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
1. A valid LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
4. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
6. Proficiency in using computers and software applications related to healthcare
7. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
