- Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.

- Experience working with students with autism and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a focus on student needs and outcomes.
