We are seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Associate to contribute to our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, providing product solutions, and continuously developing product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Nurture enriching relationships to build long-term clientele
* Exhibit consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting a vehicle
* Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority
* Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
* Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
* Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
* Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

**Qualifications:**

* Available to work flexible hours and weekends
* Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
* Ready to learn new product in's and out's, eager to improve
* Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
* Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
* Clean driving record and valid driver's license

**Compensation:**

We offer a tiered pay plan that's aggressive & dynamic. Our training program is geared towards advancing you as quickly as possible from Tier 4 to Tier 1 commensurate on experience, skillset, aptitude and drive. All applicants are welcome. Experience is not necessary, however experienced candidates will start at a higher compensation tier.
