Program Overview:- Our comprehensive Nurse Residency program is designed to provide new graduate nurses with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Through a combination of didactic content, cohort experiences, and clinical rotations, our program aims to foster the development of clinical judgment, communication skills, and leadership abilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and support to new graduate nurses during their transition into the clinical environment.
- Facilitating cohort experiences and didactic content to promote peer support and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure a smooth transition of new graduate nurses into our clinical teams.
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New graduates eligible.
- Current RN license in Georgia.
- BLS certification required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in specialty field, if applicable.
