Rehabilitation Services Manager

A dynamic and experienced Rehab Team Leader / Occupational Therapist is sought to lead our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department. As a Rehab Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing daily oversight of rehabilitation services, ensuring efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department, and providing clinical support and training to therapists.

Qualifications:
- Under the direction of a Rehab Director, a successful Rehab Team Leader will provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services and ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department.
- Provide therapy services to patients and provide clinical support, training, and oversight of specialty programs within his/her specific discipline.
- Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists in the implementation of programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data.
- Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department.
- Be a licensed Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state where employed.
- Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
