Join Our Team as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LVN to join our team as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of medically fragile children and their families.

About the Role

As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to children in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current, valid RN/LVN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
