About the Role

  • Leading and developing our culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in food service management or hospitality, or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
