The Team Leader plays a crucial role in establishing and adhering to brand standards while delivering strategic design solutions across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Creative Services team in the development and execution of diverse creative materials, including print, signage, and digital displays.
  • Manage project workflows within the Creative Services Department, prioritizing tasks based on project urgency and team capacity.
  • Oversee the project management system, ensuring all projects are monitored through each production phase and adjusting timelines as necessary.
  • Review and approve final outputs for formatting, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Define project scopes in collaboration with various departments.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and manage vendor relationships as needed.
  • Encourage innovative thinking to generate new ideas and solutions while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Uphold attendance standards and adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment among colleagues and stakeholders.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee Graphic Designers, Production Artists, Freelancers, and Volunteers.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within creative services or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of print and digital design processes.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is advantageous.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline is required.

Language Skills: Proficient in English, both oral and written.

Physical Demands: Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity, with some lifting and travel as necessary.
