Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Ontario Auto Ranch Ford. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and effective workflow
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications to ensure expertise in the latest technologies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician or equivalent
  • ASE Certification and B-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
