Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Payroll Operations: Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for a global workforce of over 2,000 employees across multiple regions, including the US, Europe, and countries like Dubai, India, and Singapore.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and international payroll tax laws and regulations.
  • Payroll Processing and Reconciliation: Oversee the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of payroll, including base pay, bonuses, and other compensation elements.
  • Payroll Reporting: Manage payroll-related reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to regulatory authorities.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll integration and support business needs.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the payroll team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Payroll Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Escalated Issues: Handle escalated payroll issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Payroll Technology: Utilize ADP WFN system for payroll processing and reporting, ensuring optimal use of technology to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
  • Payroll Experience: 10+ years of experience in payroll management, with extensive experience in multi-state and global payroll operations.
  • International Payroll Tax Regulations: Expertise in international payroll tax regulations.
  • Payroll Management: Proven experience managing payroll for over 2,000 employees.
  • ADP Payroll Systems: Strong proficiency with ADP payroll systems and related software like smart compliance.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing payroll team.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.
