Renal Dialysis Tech - LifeBridge Health

Job Summary:

This position provides critical care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) through limited chronic hemodialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer hemodialysis treatment to patients with ESRD.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of dialysis experience preferred.
  • Current dialysis technician certification required.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs) required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of dialysis experience.
  • Healthcare experience in freestanding or hospital-based units.
