Job Summary:The Renal Dialysis Nurse will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing clinical direction to staff members and delivering patient care in accordance with LifeBridge Health's policies and procedures. You will be responsible for expanding your knowledge and skills, developing professional growth, and striving to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical direction to staff members and deliver patient care in accordance with LifeBridge Health's policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in renal dialysis care.
- Current Maryland RN license required (Compact Licensure accepted)
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, including a minimum of 12 months' experience providing nursing care in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- CNN or CDN preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred; willingness, desire, and ability to supervise required
