Compensation:

$50,000 - $100,000 yearly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with clients to enhance sales.
  • Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their housing needs and preferences.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Organize open houses to present agency listings.
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Attract potential clients to expand business.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local market and properties.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
  • Proficient in technology and eager to enhance skills in this area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess or actively pursuing a Real Estate license.
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this position.
